Introducing RocketDock 1.2.5

After months of work and testing we've finally managed to push out RocketDock 1.2.5 Final. This version marks a milestone in the development of RocketDock and will pave the way for countless future improvements due to it's newly written core. So without further adieu, here is the smoothest dock available for the Windows platform.
