Bug Tracker Changes

As you may have noticed this last week, we have been doing a lot of work on the Bug Tracker. We are now using a more up-to-date version of FlySpray that has been ported to Mambo. We have decided to no longer accept Feature Requests in the tracker because people enjoy using the forums much more. The forums are a great place for discussing things like feature requests so why fight it?
The bug tracker links are now only visible to Registered users, and there are also quick-post links under the project in the project menu (similar to the Release Notes). We hope these changes will clean up some of the clutter on the site and make things run more smoothly.
