RocketDock 1.3.0 Beta 7

Once again we are asking for everyone to update their RocketDock beta installations. We have beta 7 hot off the hard drive. While we took care of as many bugs we could find, we also solved most of the ones you guys through at us. This beta feels really solid and we are crossing our fingers in hope that this will be the last test before we go final.
We are still looking for new translations. If you have any questions please feel free to post in the forums. One of the things we pride RocketDock on is being accessible in as many languages as possible.
