RocketDock 1.3.0 Beta 3

If you have beta 2 please download and update to beta 3 immediately. We accidentally broke docklet compatibility and this fixes that right up. Not much differences in the change log between the two, we also have a relative directly fix. As usual please keep the beta bug reports in the beta forums.
As a little treat we have a RocketDock video showing off live previews in Vista when minimizing windows to the dock.
